14-day refunds, no questions asked
You can get a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your purchase. This applies whether or not you have downloaded, installed, or activated Jam Rig.

How to ask for a refund
Email support@getjamrig.com from the address you used to buy, or include it in your message. Your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt email helps us find your order faster. Never send card details by email.
What happens next
- Our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, refunds the full amount to your original payment method.
- Your bank or card provider usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
- The refunded license is no longer valid. Stop using the paid features after a refund; an offline installation may not receive the updated license status immediately.
After 14 days
If something goes wrong later, such as a duplicate purchase, being charged in error, or a problem we can't fix on your setup, email us and we'll work it out with you.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund is usually faster, and it keeps your account in good standing.
Your rights
This policy adds to, and doesn't limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
